I sold a property only two years ago to a young couple that was relocating from Pennsylvania. They purchased the home for $117,500.00 at that time and 2 years later they called me to sell it for them since they were relocating again to Kentucky for a job opportunity. I was able to advertise the property as soon as I got the call and had a buyer come to the property the day we filled out the listing paperwork. They made an offer 2 days later and we accepted the contract to close by the end of the month. We sold it for $132,000.00!

My honesty. I don't like for people to be in the dark about any part of the transaction, whether it's my client or the other party. Disclosure is key.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My mother-in-law, who has fought breast cancer and won, brought me into the real estate world, and has taught me so much. My son is a great inspiration as well because I want him to see how much can be accomplished with effort and I want to be a great example for him.

That's a tie between on a beach in Hawaii or in a log cabin in the mountains of Colorado.
