Disappointed
After trusting Mr. Furlong and signing a long-term contract, he disappointed me when a buyer approached. The buyer had some construction experience and it seemed Mr. Furlong was intimidated by the buyer. Mr. Furlong did not support me when the buyer wanted a $30k price reduction for unsubstantiated reasons. Mr. Furlong even blamed me, his client, for the failed transaction. Mr. Furlong accused me of screening his calls and not returning messages promptly. Mr. Furlong has severe issues with modern communication devices: e-mail and cell phones.
