Frank sold our home a couple years ago and was easy to work with. However, a couple years later we tried buying a home and wanted to use him as our buyers agent. This time around he never would return calls. He was very rude and just hard to deal with. Maybe this down market has gotten the best of him. We switched agents and the new agent said that he has a reputation of being hard to deal with and that we were not the first people that told them what a poor agent he was. I would recommend staying away from him and wouldnt even use someone from the same company since they have allowed Frank to work with them for this long and has the kind of reputation that he has.

We used Becky as a buyers agent when we bought our first house, if it weren't for Becky, I don't think we could have gotten the house we did, which we still adore. She explained every step of the process to us, and helped us through each phase of the buying process. I highly recommend Becky, especially for first-time homebuyers that may not be familiar with the process.
