- The average home price is about $130,000 to $150,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Growing up in East TN, I endure and respect this area and all it has to offer. There is no better feeling than seeing the smile on the face of a new homeowner when you hand them the keys.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- My biggest issue is distinguishing the difference between a serious buyer or someone that is going to waste my time. I always try to have clients pre-approved before spending too much time with them. After that point, I just try to do my best to fulfill their needs and hope that they are respectful enough to be honest and open about their real estate goals and expectations.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The most difficult moment was when I had a client that was selling their house and buying another at the same time. We had to get their house under contract and then immediately find them a suitable home. The hard part was the fact that we had to close each deal on the same day, within hours of each other. My sellers had nowhere to go until the new house was theirs. There were some glitches but all in all, it worked out.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am very open and honest with all clients and associates. I never try to work one party against another.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The end result of any sale that I have ever closed has been my inspiration.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Treat others as you want to be treated. I know it is kind of cliche, but it is one of the greatest statements ever made.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I am completely happy living here in East TN. The only other way I would want to move is if I had multiple homes. In that case, it would be somewhere tropical so I could fish on a daily basis!
