Brian had shown my husband and me the place we wanted to see, (again and again), before the closing. He was always very helpful, and very patient. Any time we had questions he was always there with the answer or quick to find the answer. Even after the closing, Brian still was there answering all our questions, and was there to help in any way he could. It has been a joy working with Brian. My husband and I love our new home. Brian made everything from the first showing to the closing go very smoothly, he was always on top of all the paperwork and knew what he was doing. Brian does things in a timely manner, and everything was just perfect! We would both recommend Brian Patton to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home. It was like we had a friend guiding us through what can kind of be a scary thing at times, especially since this was our first home.
