- I enjoy being a real estate agent because I truly enjoy working with people and helping them find that "perfect" home for them and their families.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue I am facing at this time is the reluctance of people to make that step in buying a new home. Many people are afraid to make a change right now. Actually, it is a great time to buy a home....rates are low and home prices have dropped.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a young man call me a few months ago about helping him find his first home. I asked him how he found me, and he said that he found me on the internet. He said that I looked like someone he could trust, and he had chosen me out of all the agents he had read about. Well, needless to say, I was truly honored. We starting searching for his home. He was only approved up to a small amount. All of the homes in his price range were foreclosures and in need of repairs. We could not get approval from FHA on any of the homes that he made offers on because of the repairs needed. He & I were both disappointed and frustrated. After several months of this, we found a home that was just what he wanted...but again, it needed too many repairs. The price was low, so I bought it myself. I did a lease purchase for him. During the months that he leased it from me, all of the repairs were done. In fact, he did almost all of the repairs himself. Just recently, he was able to buy the home from me. I have never seen such a happy client. He is thrilled with his new home and also very proud of it!

- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired the most by my family. If I had to pick one person, it would be my father.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice I ever received was to always have a smile on your face!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- If I could live anywhere, I would pick this great city where I have lived all of my life...Memphis, Tennessee!!
