Response re: Danny B Wood
Having had a completely different experience with Danny B, I wish to respond to Doug Jack's comments. Simply put, I take exception to his portrayal of Danny B. Having built, sold and purchased seven homes in this region, I am well experienced with realtors' roles in all regards. I too purchased a new Newmark home from Danny B and I have never been more impressed with a realtor's attention to detail. He is also the most honest salesperson I have ever encountered. Apparently, Doug placed his desire to have something for nothing over acknowledging the integrity I observed and experienced. I remember seeing an award on his desk honoring him as Newmark's #1 salesman. So Doug was angry that he couldn't talk Danny B into some freebies. He also sounds like someone who just doesn't trust people in general.
Awful experience
Danny reminds me a the stereo-typical used car salesman. We purchased a Newmark home with Danny B. as the representative. On several occasions, he lied to us and failed to follow through with his promises. He is not to be trusted. I've talked with a several people in the neighborhood, and everyone has said the same thing about him. If you are going to buy a Newmark home in Avalon, use Angela. She is professional, courteous and will treat you right. Danny B. is a poor representative of Newmark homes.
