- My greatest enjoyment is helping people accomplish their goals. Buying and selling real estate are two of the most stressful activities most of us must face at some time. I like to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The greatest challenge I consistently face is helping clients keep a healthly perspective on the process. Unless you have unlimited income and 18 months of free time, it's almost impossible to find a home that fits every item on a buyer's wish list. With sellers, if I can instill a healthy perspective about the difference between the price they want for their home and what the market will pay, I can help them realize a faster sale.

- Every moment is interesting. My favorite part of this business is that I learn something new with every transaction.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I believe I listen. I also believe I provide a sense of balance and stability in what can be a volatile time.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family inspires me most. I work to live, not live to work. My husband and kids are proud of of my career in real estate. It's very easy to work hard when I know I have their support.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Shut up and listen! Clients need to know their concerns, dreams and needs have been communicated and that someone can partner with them to achieve their goal.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I am home in Franklin, Tennessee. There are many destinations I'd like to visit, but this is where I would find myself at the end of an excursion.
