I was particularly difficult because I wanted a house with a basement (in TN)and not sure what city I wanted to live. Bryan was pleasant and continued to look for houses in many different areas. He took us to see many houses in different cities and even gave us the name of a new builder to determine if we would rather build then buy. We continued to go to one city and determined that is where we wanted to live. We found a basement house at a good price and simply love it.
Bryan's goal is to please his customers and give them what they wanted and not what he wanted for them. He took the time for us to decide and did not push us into a decision. He is open, honest, and has integrity. That is what realestate agents should be made of but rarely are.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy being envolved in the lives of my clients and friends during the critical transition of changing homes. During my 14 years with a corporation, I had the opportunity to relocate to several great cities. That life experience allows me to quickly understand my clients needs at any given moment during their transition.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue is balancing my family life while being "on call" 24/7. Conversely, I really enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of being a Realtor.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
In my first full fiscal year as a Realtor I ranked #107 out of over 1,000 Crye-Leike agents in Middle Tennessee. (based on sales volume)
What is your best characteristic?
My best trait is my ability to put people at ease. I have 14 years in Business Management, People Management, Sales, and Sales Management experience with a great School Portrait company called Lifetouch. I grew up in Middle Tennessee and have a great love for the area. Combining business-acumen, a deep rooted knowledge of the area, and a passion to help, I truly believe that I offer my clients the 'whole package' as a Realtor.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I love the aspect of not knowing where my next paycheck will come from. I know this sounds awkward, but it forces me to stay in a position of trusting God for provision and that's a great place to be. It might not happen right when I want it, but always exactly when I need it. This is my inspiration, it's an adrenalin rush really....
What is the best advice you ever received?
Susan Loudenslager is a Nashville area Realtor and very good friend of mine. Her advice to me was, "Focus on being a problem solver and don't worry about the paycheck. If you are motivated by your client's interests, the paycheck will take care of itself."
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I have lived in many states and have experienced different cultures. Middle Tennessee is my home and I have no plans to go anywhere else.
