Barbara Riccio buy a previous house with Walter Dunn and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Everyone in Memphis, TN knows that Walter Dunn sells HUD homes but won't present offers for 2+ weeks or more to avoid splitting his commission. There are so many people who know about this. If only we could call these banks and let them know that their real estate rep acts against Realtor standards. When he's caught he only pays $1,000 in fines.....but I guess that's a drop in the bucket b/c he's back to doing it the very next day. I have personally had problems with Walter 3 times in 2007. Google him...or better yet, ask ANYBODY who's anybody in Memphis real estate….you’ll see.
