Sherry had intimate knowledge of the area and worked tirelessly to find us an investment property on numerous visits (we came from out of state). Sherry went above and beyond to find us several properties. In the end, we never bought a property despite being under contract with a few sellers. Even after hundreds of hours of work to find us a home and several close calls on the closings, Sherry didn't let up to see that we got the property we wanted. In the end, it was we who ended the search, not Sherry. Her knowledge alone saved us tons of headaches, money, future troubles and kept us out of undesirable neighborhoods. She is a top-notch outstanding, honest, knowledgeable, frank, wise, and wonderful person overall. She was one of the best realtor experiences we ever had.
