We bought a home and jay was the listing agent. Our agent had to be sure that the other party knew when the closing was, where it was and made sure the house was clean when they moved out. Our realtor hired a cleaning crew to clean the house the day that we closed. All of that should have been by Jay, but Jay is too important to deal with such details. He is in the business for only the money and treats people, including his clients and other realtors horribly.
