Has too many properties and can not give enough deserved attention to his clients. Difficult to communicate with and even harder to deal with. Make sure you make notes of all defects in the house and take lots of pictures prior to move in. If something goes wrong with the property, it may or may not be looked at and if it is it will take at least a couple of weeks. You must contact repeatedly to get anything done.

Hello, Please be aware that if you plan on using Alecia to sell your home, you will be dissappointed because she is not reliable, does not communicate with you on a montly basis, and not organized. We use her to list our house and apparently she left the company and never informed us and the new agent never contact us to let us know. She is terrible and I would never recommend her to anyone not even an enemy.

If it wasn't for Mary we would have never found our Nashville home. We were visiting relatives in middle Tennessee and decided we wanted to purchase a second home in Nashville.
