Has too many properties and can not give enough deserved attention to his clients. Difficult to communicate with and even harder to deal with. Make sure you make notes of all defects in the house and take lots of pictures prior to move in. If something goes wrong with the property, it may or may not be looked at and if it is it will take at least a couple of weeks. You must contact repeatedly to get anything done.
Don't Rent from Buida!!!
He is not to be trusted. Kiss your security deposit goodbye as soon as you cut the check. And heaven forbid anything break -- it will remain that way for the duration of your occupancy as Buida prefers to fix symptoms rather than the cause.
