If it wasn't for Mary we would have never found our Nashville home. We were visiting relatives in middle Tennessee and decided we wanted to purchase a second home in Nashville. We called Mary two nights before we had to head back to the west coast. The next day she had pages of listings for us to view. We toured so many homes with an infant in tow, which was usually being held by Mary. Well, after two full days we found our house and headed back to the west coast knowing we had made the right choice. Mary was always available day or night to help us through the whole escrow process, which was not that easy because of being on the west coast. We would definitely use Mary for any other real estate needs and definitely recommend her to everyone.

Prior to our first meeting with Brian,we spent countless hours online and over the phone. Brian was extremly helpful in our move from TX to TN. Bryan was extremely good when it came to knowing the area and knowing what his customer wants. I was particularly difficult because I wanted a house with a basement (in TN)and not sure what city I wanted to live. Bryan was pleasant and continued to look for houses in many different areas. He took us to see many houses in different cities and even gave us the name of a new builder to determine if we would rather build then buy. We continued to go to one city and determined that is where we wanted to live. We found a basement house at a good price and simply love it. Bryan's goal is to please his customers and give them what they wanted and not what he wanted for them. He took the time for us to decide and did not push us into a decision. He is open, honest, and has integrity. That is what realestate agents should be made of but rarely are. Note: His website is much better then most and was a great help in allowing us to participate in searching for our new house.
