I would not recommend Robin to my worst enemy. She was unorganized, late to every appointment and didn't get us information in a timely manner. She did not keep us informed on what was going on - some stuff was not given to us until the day before we closed on the house. After this experience I'd say rent for the rest of your life. It would be better than dealing with someone like her. She had excuses for everything and we had to fight with her just to get things done. We basically did her job for her and had to call to remind her what needed to be done next. I hope she didn't make much off our home because she didn't deserve one penny. She didn't even get us a home welcoming gift like most other realtors do. So before you pick your realtor... talk to someone who has worked with her before and get references. We learned from that mistake and in the future will make sure that doesn't happen again. DON'T GO WITH ROBIN AS YOUR REALTOR - SHE'LL HAVE YOU TOO STRESSES TO FUNCTION BY THE TIME IT'S DONE!

Delores was an awesome Realtor we found when looking for our first home. She worked her butt off for us and was VERY patient while we looked at what seems like dozens of houses. I highly recommend her!

Jim did a GREAT JOB for us. I owe him a sincere "THANK YOU". He was a joy to work with. I appreciated his willingness to listen to me ramble on in voicemails. :) Our neighbors were over the other night having a drink on the back deck and we were talking about the house being sold and glad the closing was getting closer. They said they were actually at the open house and they gave Jim a fabulous review. They said he gave them a great tour and was a pleasure to talk with. They didn't want to buy the house, so the house didn't rate as high as HIM! So that is a Hoo Raah for Jim. I would TOTALLY recommend working with him!
