- For sellers the hardest thing is to help them price their house at a realistic price point. For buyers, the biggest obstacle is obtaining financing.

- I had a buyer tell em she wanted to be in a new home by Christmas and December 25th was not far away! We scrambled to find a home she loved, got it under contract,a nd got through the closing just in tie for her to enjoy the holiday in her new home.

- I am inspried by the numerous successful small business owners who make this town what it is.
