Dave was our agent when my husband and I were searching for a new home. Dave was very knowledgeable of the area. I believe he has lived here for almost 20 years. He took us to many places and he was very patient with us as we made this very important decision. He gave us honest advice when we asked his opinion. To whom it may concern. Dawn and I spoke for some time on getting a rental for my condo (Brig 8A). She took time out of her day to explain the market in the Shore Dr area. Dale lied to us and our neighbors about an abutment to our property. She told us it was "public land that could never be developed"; when we asked her what kind of publlic land she replied it was a ball-park. Later (after closing) the trees between our new home and the adjoining property were taken down, revealing - a sewage treatment plant! Oh, what lovely sights, sounds and odors. Thank you Dale. Our advice - from our neighborhood to yours - stay away from Dale Gambrell. She is not to be believed and is giving Bill Clark Homes a worse reputation than they already have. PS - SC has no laws that require disclosure by a realtor or developer.
