Dale has a problem with disclosure

Dale lied to us and our neighbors about an abutment to our property. She told us it was "public land that could never be developed"; when we asked her what kind of publlic land she replied it was a ball-park. Later (after closing) the trees between our new home and the adjoining property were taken down, revealing - a sewage treatment plant! Oh, what lovely sights, sounds and odors. Thank you Dale. Our advice - from our neighborhood to yours - stay away from Dale Gambrell. She is not to be believed and is giving Bill Clark Homes a worse reputation than they already have. PS - SC has no laws that require disclosure by a realtor or developer.
