Outgoing personality and knowledge

Dave was our agent when my husband and I were searching for a new home. Dave was very knowledgeable of the area. I believe he has lived here for almost 20 years. He took us to many places and he was very patient with us as we made this very important decision. He gave us honest advice when we asked his opinion. He made our home hunting experience extremely enjoyable and nearly stress free. Dave also helped us find a buyer for our old home. He was a savy negotiator and we were very pleased with our profit. What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Right now, I would have to say without a doubt...financing. It has been a challenge for some clients I been helping., but I'm helping get it done!
What is your best characteristic?: Informing and educating my client about every step of the process when selling/buying a property. I would have to also say follow-up is another one.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family inspires and supports me the most because I am a realtor 24/7 and they know I need to work on the weekends and holidays if necessary.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: It really doesn't matter where I live as longs as I have my family and friends there with me!
