- Likely our most challenging issues in my day revolve around dealing with lenders since the rules are changing daily. This of course may the most important reason for a buyer or seller to use a qualified, educated professional to assist them.

- Likely the most interesting story about a buyer client was a client that moved his family from San Diego. He purchased his home through me, shipped his cars to me, and moved from the Pacific to the Atlantic Coast without even meeting me. Our first meeting was at the closing table!
- What is your best characteristic?
- My best characteristic is my ability to get along with others and to move through difficult and complicated problems.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mother and father have been my greatest inspiration. They raised 6 children with both of them working all the while making sure that we lacked for very little.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice that I ever received came from my Irish grandmother...She told me to treat everyone the same, with respect, with love, and to always let them know that they are important.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- That is an easy question...If I could live anywhere it would be in the Charleston, SC area! My home town, the place where I served as Mayor for 8 years, and the please where I have raised my children. We truly live, work, and vacation in the same place!
