I had a client who wanted so badly to be a property owner on Hilton Head Island, when they realized they may not be able to afford purchasing a condo within walking distance to the beach, we decided that they could afford a fractional which is a 12week ownership with 3 other owners! And the condo was a very short walk to the beach with the most breath taking view of the lagoon and golf course in Shipyard Plantation. Everything is possible if you are creative

I am very honest, straight foward and trustworthy.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Seeing the smile on someones face when they have reached their goal and me having a part in making that happen
