A life long resident of Columbia, Gray graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She was a competitive athlete in school and has continued in that discipline after college. She relocated to Vail Colorado where she became an experienced "ski bum". After conquering snow skiing, she packed her backpack and set out on her personal goal to see the world. She completed her "walk about" around the world after visiting four continents and eighteen countries. Gray returned to Columbia and began the next challenge on her "Goals List", which was to start a Real Estate career and to be a top professional in Real Estate sales. Gray began her Real Estate career with Russell and Jeffcoat in 1990. Success came to her again as a result of discipline, work ethic and overall enthusiasm for the business. She quickly obtained her Brokers license and went on to receive several professional designations including; (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (ARB) Accredited buyers Representative and (GRI) Graduate REALTORS Institute. By earning her most recent designation SRES, Gray has demonstrated that she has requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a Senior Real Estate Specialist assisting Mature Adults in making wise decisions about their real estate investments. Only the top 3% of Real Estate Agents in the country have professional designations. Although Gray is now a very successful Agent, it has not diminished her interest in sports. Recently she took up the sport of hunting and really enjoys everything about it from the beauty of the South Carolina swamps and woodlands to the excitement of big game hunting on a safari in Africa. She loves the game of tennis and has won several City Championships, local tournaments and competed in the South Carolina State Championships. In the spring of 2008 she finally won The State Championship at Women's 4.0 level. Gray's new sport she took up at the age of 42 is cycling. She plans to keep cycling because it's a sport the mature can do long after their tennis days are over. Gray is a member of Eastminister Presbyterian Church and President of the Kappa Delta Housing Corporation at the University of South Carolina. She also serves as a Board Member for the Animal Mission.
