Unsatisfactory

Mrs. Bova failed to show for an appointment and insisted that it was our fault for not being at her beck and call.?. Not counting the fact that I spoke to her assistant, George, just a couple of hours before and confirmed our appointment and answered a few questions he had about the type of mortgage we held. Very unprofessional.
