He helped me with the short sale process which did not work out in the end so he patiently showed me many many more homes to help me find my perfect first place. After a long negotiation process, he finally sealed the deal and I now own a home that I am in love with. His knowledge about all of my options was extensive and what he didn't know with 100% certainty, he found out. I found him to be honest and thorough and always made my best interest his priority.
Purchase of New Home in Mount Pleasant
My husband, Dave, and I began working with Michael Schumpert in June of 2010. We had a unique situation in that we still own a home in TN, but were eager to settle in our own home in Mount Pleasant. At the thought of 2 mortgages during a recession- budget was a huge component of our decision process. Also, we both work out of the home, so home layout and reasonable square footage was very important...and so the search began. From the very first meeting, Dave and I could really sense Michael's wealth of knowledge of this real estate market, but also that he understood our needs and seemed eager to find us a home. Throughout the search, Michael was supportive, professional and maintained a positive attitude.....just what we needed because we decided to take the plunge on a "short sale" home opportunity. Five months of waiting and Michael's persistance with the seller paid off; and we were able to close on a wonderful home in an awesome subdivision in Mount Pleasant. We were able to get all of the features we needed at a great price! We truly appreciate Michael's patience with us during the shopping and buying experience.
