"In a career where the only job is to make sure the house is with in value of the loan that is being asked for it, Bennett Appraisal really falls short. When trying to sell a townhouse to my friend, the only hinderance was the appraisal that Bennett provided. We had worked out the details, me giving him cash back to pay off his debt, paying closing costs, and paying for all repairs. The bank was willing ot loan, but because of the appraisal (which WE paid for) we weren't able to complete the sale. If bennett wants to appraise houses fine, but he will never do an appraisal on my dollar again! I recomend you do not use him as he can really throw a monkey wrench int he works of an already stressful process."
