He is the most unprofessional, obnoxious and pompass real estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would NEVER send my worst enemy to work with him and I agree with the previous review of him bullying his way through real estate. I will tell everyone I know about my encounter with him. He doesn't even have the decency to call the other agent to say the property was sold or they took another offer. Nearly 2 days went by and when the other agent finally did get a hold of his "assistant" he was an asshole and had nothing to say.

Robin was great to work with. She is so knowledgeable about the home buying process, house construction, and market. I trust her 100% and have recommended her to my friends and family.

I recently arranged to rent a vacation cottage from Steven. He listed it on Craigslist. The ad was deceptive. There are two units on one property. The ad displayed the larger unit prominently, but it was the smaller one he was offering. I arranged to meet him at the cottage to see it before we rented. I drove and hour and 1/2 and he was not there to let us in. We still planned on renting it. He told me there was no one else waiting to rent it. I emailed him and called hime several times the next day. He never returned my messages. On Friday, the day before the vacation week, I called him and he told me he was away the day before and that his wife rented the unit while he was away. This is totally unacceptable for someone who claims to be a professional real estate agent. There was no communication between him and his wife?

Suzanne was our purchasing agent and outbid us on a home, which she purchased under her name, then quickly sold for a profit.

Give her a call. You'll not even believe how rude she is. Wow.

I can't tell you if I had a good experience as he (or she for all I know) blew us off!

Diana Barone is one of the very best realtors in the state of Rhode Island. Just when you think that you may not be able to get the deal done; she gets it done. She is my favorite realtor by far. I plan on using her for any future purchases I may decide to make.

She did not sell me a house but I rented a house from her in NH near Bretton Woods. She requested a $350 security deposit which is common BUT SHE NEVER GAVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. I've contacted her numerous times and every time she says she'll send it out soon. In retrospect I should have taken her to small claims court but at the time I didn't want to go through the process and waste even more time and energy. She is not trustworthy and will give you excuses. If she can't even sort out a rental transaction, how can you trust her with your house? Deb, you still have my email if you want to send my money after a couple years but I doubt that you will.

After seeing a home, I emailed Pat several times with interest as well as questions. She never returned my emails. Very unprofessional, in our opinion.
