His construction background was an added benefit.
Throughout our experience, Tom took a personal interest in our needs. For example, during the open house,he was sensitive to the fact that we had indoor cats that would have been lost if they had gotten out, and a one year old puppy that had to be the center of attention if anyone was home. Comments: "After trying to sell our home on two occ****ions with another agent and no success, we thought we were stuck in our great big house for the duration. We were ready to let go of our dream of a custom lot on the water to retire in. Tom was thorough in his presentation and aggressive in his marketing, which went above and beyond what would be expected of a Realtor. After having our house for sale for over 60 days, both times, Tom told us he would have it sold in less than that. He did just that and it was not only sold, but we were at the closing table in less than 35 days. He continued to help us throughout the stressful process of our new home being build and his service was invaluable.
