Listening to our requests and concerns illustrated his sympathic and understanding nature as well as his kindness. Tom's energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge were unmatched. His construction background was an added benefit.
Throughout our experience, Tom took a personal interest in our needs. For example, during the open house,he was sensitive to the fact that we had indoor cats that would have been lost if they had gotten out, and a one year old puppy that had to be the center of attention if anyone was home.
