Karl Martone is AWFUL
He is the most unprofessional, obnoxious and pompass real estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I would NEVER send my worst enemy to work with him and I agree with the previous review of him bullying his way through real estate. I will tell everyone I know about my encounter with him. He doesn't even have the decency to call the other agent to say the property was sold or they took another offer. Nearly 2 days went by and when the other agent finally did get a hold of his "assistant" he was an asshole and had nothing to say.

My husband and I have chosen Karl as our Realtor on three occasions and we could not be happier with him. He goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are 100% protected and satisfied. We rely heavily on his expertise to insure that we do not find ourselves facing issues after the sale is over. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional Realtor.

I am the client spoken of in a previous review.Karl has been wonderful to work with.He has always looked out for the best interest of my family and is not out to make a dollar at your expense, as to the "Maybe I didn't make myself clear" comment this stems from a situation that was a health hazard that the sellers did not want to rectify!!!!! They were asked numerous times to fix the situation and tried every way to get around it and Karl finally had enough. I would recommend Karl to anyone who wants a realtor to stand up for them to do what's right and ethical.
Unprofessional Bully
Most Realtors work hard and do the right thing, but I swear that real estate sales makes even used car salesman look sincere in comparison. Mr. Karl Martone in Rhode Island has been unprofessional, obnoxious, and even belligerent. His email reply to our lovely real estate agent on one particular issue was "MAYBE I DIDN'T MAKE MYSELF CLEAR.." He has badgered and bullied his way though this process and I can only feel so sorry for his clients. Though my husband and I laugh at his outrageous antics-you should look elsewhere!
