Very Unhappy with Steven Marasco

I recently arranged to rent a vacation cottage from Steven. He listed it on Craigslist. The ad was deceptive. There are two units on one property. The ad displayed the larger unit prominently, but it was the smaller one he was offering. I arranged to meet him at the cottage to see it before we rented. I drove and hour and 1/2 and he was not there to let us in. We still planned on renting it. He told me there was no one else waiting to rent it. I emailed him and called hime several times the next day. He never returned my messages. On Friday, the day before the vacation week, I called him and he told me he was away the day before and that his wife rented the unit while he was away. This is totally unacceptable for someone who claims to be a professional real estate agent. There was no communication between him and his wife?
