She did not sell me a house but I rented a house from her in NH near Bretton Woods. She requested a $350 security deposit which is common BUT SHE NEVER GAVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. I've contacted her numerous times and every time she says she'll send it out soon. In retrospect I should have taken her to small claims court but at the time I didn't want to go through the process and waste even more time and energy. She is not trustworthy and will give you excuses. If she can't even sort out a rental transaction, how can you trust her with your house? Deb, you still have my email if you want to send my money after a couple years but I doubt that you will.

Dealt with her as my buying agent and she agreed to terms that both parties agreed upon after a small amount of negotiation. However, after signing the Purchase and Sales agreement and delivering it to her my wife and I didn't hear back from her for over a week. When we did hear from her she told us that she sold the house to another couple. There was very poor communication from her side and I felt like I was being played. I highly recommend choosing another agent from another office. The office management was extremely unhelpful during this whole ordeal.
