We are seeing the introduction of single family condos in Rhode Island and are beginning to see redevelopment of older single family properties especially along the ocean.

Because of the great people you meet, first and foremost, and second, the satisfaction of finding suitable properties that clients enjoy calling HOME.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Today in 2008 it is the hardship many sellers face when listing their homes in a soft market and the home either does not sell or sells at an amount below what is owed on the mortgage.

There is no success like a sold sign in my client's front yard. Each sold sign is a success story.
What is your best characteristic?
Great command and knowledge of the business because of my past experience as an owner of a lumber retail business and having constructed both single family and commercial properties. This experience was enhanced by spending years on my local planning and zoning boards. Additionally my family developed, owned, and managed a susptantial real estate portfolio consisting of residential single family homes, duplexes, large multifamily complexes, and commercial and retail buildings.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My father, he was a self taught and self made individual who was passionate about his career, intrigued with life, and a great friend to me.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Life if good, enjoy the ride.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Where ever I am at the moment. Each location on this earth has its wonders and beauty. But in the end, I would live near my family.
