"This agent was the selling agent for a home we recently bought. She has to be the biggest moron agent in State College. We knew more about the house than she did on the first showing and when we asked questions she wrote them all down then called the sellers and handed the phone over to us! Totally weird and unprofessional. This was only after we got the "deer in headlights stare" from every question we asked! I then find out that she staged the house we bought and hired people to come in and paint all the rough cut beautiful wood with a horrible white paint, right before putting it on the market! Not only is the white paint over the wood horrid but all other aspects of the staging were ugly and and not of quality craftsmanship. If you are buying or selling a house in the Centre County region I would avoid Vicki Wedler at all costs!!!"

When my agent tried to call him, he would not return his calls, I am assuming because he wants the commission all for himself. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy. "In February 2009 I paid Dave Ratchkauskas (representing Realty Choice Investment Company - Pittsburgh, PA 15217) $1400 to move into one of his properties, only to find out that there was a past due water bill for the address from a previous tenant- so I couldn't get the water on. Dave said he wouldn't pay it, so naturally I told him I wouldn't move in. Who is going to rent a house where there is no water. He told me he'd return my money by March 5 and when he didn't I sued him District Justice Ross Cioppa's office.
Original hearing date 4/2- request to post pone by Reality Choice. Next hearing date 5/7- The judge ruled in my favor and ordered Reality Choice to pay me my money by 5/11.....And it is now 6/9/09 and I HAVE YET TO BE PAID!!!
The magistrate did say that he had 30 days from the judgement date to pay, but obviously I will have to take matters further. I understand that I can take the certified judgement to the prothonotary's office and get a writ of execution. YES!"

Since then someone named Provanzo has won awards and been mentioned in the media and one family member is affiliated with the Builders Association in this county. If they can win awards, that’s great. But maybe they could explain why they built houses like this one. There is nothing we can do legally since we are not the first owners and since the Code came into play in 2002. But I was in a trench or two in the 1970s putting tar on foundation walls. It is just outrageous that someone would skip that! The other things are safety issues, fire hazards, health hazards, and a water damage hazard and must be fixed by us, as we read about the prizes the Provanzo builders are winning. We never asked for anything but an explanation and all we got was “I don’t remember that one.”
So, to the President of the Builders Association and to the reporter covering these stories, please be aware that not all the house built by this team would win an award.

Exhaust for WH and Furnace not to specs for appliances, they are too close to bedroom window and the window can not be open while the appliances are venting

"We made an offer on a house which was accepted by the seller. The agreement was signed. The sellers wanted to alter the original agreement so negotiations ensued. After two weeks into the process, Jeff Lunderstatd emailed our agent saying he hadn't heard from us (even though we have emails to prove otherwise) so he resurrected another offer for more money from another party. We are currently pursuing litigation against Lunderstadt and Achieve Realty. A lien has been filed on the house until this is resolved. They have avoided efforts to resolve the issue by saying their cell phone, email, etc were down. They also used intimidation to try to get us not to file the lis pendens. We have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I would never recommend this "agent" or his company."
