My wife & I made an offer on a house @ Jancey st.pgh. pa.that was accepted & signed by the sellers. 10 days later Jeff Lunderstadt, who works for Achieve Realty (Arlene Guastella Group) sent an e-mail to our agent saying that he and the sellers had accepted a higher offer.He then refused to respond to any calls or e-mails from our agent.We have now filed a lien on the property.After being served with the lien,the sellers contacted us directly.They informed us Jeff led them to believe that we were no longer interested in purchasing the house-that was an absolute lie.This is now an absolute mess that the seller's & our attorneys tell us could take years and thousand of dollars to resolve.Lawton Stokes(the owner of the agency)has been no better-at first being evasive, deceptive & finally trying to intimidate us.Jeff's incompetent and unethical behavior have caused great distress for us,the sellers & I imagine the other buyers.Thanks JeffLunderstadt-thanks Arlene Guastella-thanks L. We made an offer on a house which was accepted by the seller. The agreement was signed. The sellers wanted to alter the original agreement so negotiations ensued. After two weeks into the process, Jeff Lunderstatd emailed our agent saying he hadn't heard from us (even though we have emails to prove otherwise) so he resurrected another offer for more money from another party. We are currently pursuing litigation against Lunderstadt and Achieve Realty. A lien has been filed on the house until this is resolved. They have avoided efforts to resolve the issue by saying their cell phone, email, etc were down. They also used intimidation to try to get us not to file the lis pendens. We have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I would never recommend this "agent" or his company.

Debbie was incredibly fantastic with me. She not only showed me houses for over a year, but was great at steering me away from potential houses that were just simply going to be too much work. I never felt pressured, and Debbie was incredibly patient with explaining EVERYTHING to me. (I am a first home buyer.) She even went so far as to help the selling agent find contractors to do repair work. She also was there to let allt he repair men in (again the selling agents job), and even went so far as to ensure the quality of all the contractors hired for repair work to the house! I would recommend her time and time again, and have already recommended her to a coworker.
