I listed my home with Joe Weeks in late October. Everyone I knew told me that it was a bad time to list a home and that it was a Buyer's market. Everyone told me I was crazy. Joe Weeks is truely the best Realtor I've ever worked with! I have bought and sold over 20 homes in the past 5 years. Until Joe, I've never found one who is as knowledgable or as dedicated as he is. I approached him to help me find a property to flip. He analyzed the homes in the area, what their worth was and how much money he thought it would make once it was fixed up. He found me a property at a great price, I fixed it up, and then he sold it for me at a huge profit. After both transactions, we looked at his initial numbers and he was dead on. Joe helped me sell my home & buy a new one. I tried to sell my home last year with another agent but things did not go well. I hardly had anyone come through to look at my home.
