Noelle Means was my Buyer's Agent and ****isted me in the purchase of my present home two years ago. I worked with Noelle Means to purchase my first home, and it had to have been the easiest commission she's ever made because I don't feel she worked much for me. I was financing 100%, and Noelle did not understand how that worked as she admitted she had never done a deal like this before--surprising for an experienced agent. In addition, she didn't help me enough to be sure everything was taken care of before closing. She "forgot" to remind me to get homeowner's insurance, so I had to run around getting that done three days before closing! I feel she did not help negotiate anything on my behalf, but instead was more concerned with clients that had bigger and more lucrative deals pending. I'm sure I am a "small fish", but I didn't like being treated like one. I feel I successfully got the house I wanted in spite of Noelle, and I probably paid too much for it!
