Daryl was our selling agent. Although a nice person, not a great agent. He never answers his cell phone and it is a bit obvious when you call the office to speak with him he has always just "just stepped out." The agent we worked with to purchase our home was always available and nine times out of ten answered his cell phone or called back immediately. It took my wife and I emailing his boss to receive copies of our closing paperwork nearly six weeks after we closed on our house. I suppose we would have preferred someone a lot more aggressive and attentive.
