Worse Agent Ever

Steve Coover dropped the ball whenever it was in his court. His conduct as a seller's agent was borderline negligent. Because of his (in)actions, we (as the buyers) had to move our closing date, spend hours re-making phone calls to various companies we had already called, and had to cancel various appointments we had made for the original settlement date. I will NEVER do another transaction if Steve Coover is involved, and I recommend YOU steer clear of him as well if you want a pleasant selling/buying experience.

Thanks again for all you did for us, to help us sell our former home and buy our new one. We love it here! I especially appreciated the time you took to commit our business dealings to prayer. A good friend of mine is getting married in June and will be looking for a new home. I'll send him your way, if he stays in this area... he may be heading up closer to Harrisburg, though.

I love what I do! And I love helping people realize their dreams. My business has given me the oppotunity to be part of that in the lives of our clients as well as our employees.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Balance between business and family.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
We were honered to help a family buy the home that they desired. But they had a home to sell in a slumping market. We were workinghard to sell the home with no success, not even any interest. Just when we all thought maybe this was not the direction they were to go, I heard the question, "why wouldn't you buy that house that needs to sell?" Just the next day someone else who needed a house to rent for a time called. There was the confirmation! So we proceeded. We all won! That is what real estate is about! Real estate is an industry where everyone can win on every deal.
What is your best characteristic?
INTEGRITY
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by the life of my Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ who died to give me the freedom to mess up, as I sometimes do, and still be loved by my father in heaven.
