Steve Coover dropped the ball whenever it was in his court. His conduct as a seller's agent was borderline negligent. Because of his (in)actions, we (as the buyers) had to move our closing date, spend hours re-making phone calls to various companies we had already called, and had to cancel various appointments we had made for the original settlement date. I will NEVER do another transaction if Steve Coover is involved, and I recommend YOU steer clear of him as well if you want a pleasant selling/buying experience.

Emily and I received your letter and new business card in the mail recently. We're glad to hear that you are getting settled into your new business and are moving ahead. Thanks again for all you did for us, to help us sell our former home and buy our new one. We love it here! I especially appreciated the time you took to commit our business dealings to prayer. You and Virginia have an open invitation to come see us some time. We have your card and are looking forward to sending some business your way. A good friend of mine is getting married in June and will be looking for a new home. I'll send him your way, if he stays in this area... he may be heading up closer to Harrisburg, though.
