What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
This market is truly challenging. We as Realtors are facing problems that are out of our control. Hopefully these issues will iron themselves out and I can focus once again on what I love to do - SELL HOMES!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Went on an appointment with my clients to see a lovely farmhouse in which we spent half an hour exploring it's unique features. After we were done we hopped in our cars and as I was getting ready to pull out of the driveway my clients quickly got out of their car and began frantically jumping around. I got out of my car to see what was the matter and found out that the lovely farmhouse was infested with FLEAS!! Our clothes were covered with the hopping little buggers...UGH!

What is the best advice you ever received?
On my first real estate transaction I worked with a seasoned agent and as she quickly learned, I tend to take things very personally. She told me that to succeed in this business I will need to let these things roll off of my shoulders. 6 Years later and I'm still working on that.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Greece, Beautiful Greece.
