We first met Joel's wife at an open house in our local area back in 2009, she was exceedingly helpful and gave us some great, friendly, advice on how to get ourselves on track for buying a home. Danielle gave us the option to be on their mailing list of homes, tailored down to what we were looking for, not what they thought we should be looking for. Earlier this year we met Joel who helped us find houses in our price range and specifications, we weren't exactly easy as we did not have much wiggle room, but he found some! Joel would go out of his way to inspect the houses before having us see them, he would give us as much information as possible and if we wanted more, he would find it for us as well. He helped us through the various lending options as well as why a house may be good or bad. He went all over for us including several hours away to a whole new area, he waited, he called around, and he got us our home! It was a several month process but he was there communicating with us every step of the way making sure we had what we needed and letting us know everything that was going on!
