Our experience just over three years ago with Dennis Lawrence was wonderful. We were new home buyers looking for our starter home. Dennis treated us with the respect he would offer someone with a much greater budget and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to guide us in the right direction and away from houses that may have been problematic down the road. Now we will be looking for our next home and there is no doubt that we will be using Dennis Lawrence expertise again. He was professional, kind, punctual, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. He sold landlocked property [that he owned] and told [me] the to just sue the neighbors to to get access. I heard he did this to several residents on a local private road as well. I've yet to gain access and may now lose the court decision which gave me access leaving me with a useless,worthless property. This is not a reputable person.
