Mike Netzel was very unethical when selling my home. 1) He didn't present me with offers immediately and some not at all. 2) He talked negative to other agents about me. 3) I presented him with a disclosure of mold and radon, but he still wanted more proof. 4) He actually scratched my name off the contract and had my estranged wife sign off so the deal could go through without my approval. 5) He presented offers by email rather than in person, eventhough I lived 2.5 miles from his office. 6) He got us less than 80% of our appraised value and gave away over $20,000 of our furniture with the offer. =>I would not recommend him to anyone looking to list or buy a home. Emily is the best real estate agent I know, she is patient and knowledgable in so many areas- investments, residential properties, commercial properties. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was trying to buy a home where John was the selling agent... He had us hurry up and do all the inspections and pulled our accepted offer after he learned the results of our inspections.. He also was very late in getting all the documents to us (mostly like done on purpose until we were done with inspections).. He offered to allow us the right to purchase the property if we fired our agent... We decided to move on instead of dealing with scum like this...

John Fidrocki is a jerk. Our home was forclosed and he was the contacting real estate person for the bank. He was rude, treated me like I was a lowlife after I lived in my home for 24 years. I was more than willing to work with him, but he locked us out of our home when he saw we still had things to move out. I guess he is good person for dealing with foreclosures because he has no feelings for other people and doesn't have trouble sleeping at night I guess.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs when we were searching for a house and gave us plenty of options. She would show us a house and ask for our thoughts first, then would explain what she noticed when we were looking at the house together. Both good and bad even if we said we loved the place. She was looking out for our best interest!!!! How many sales people do that? When we finally found our home she went over everything that we needed to do to make closing go smooth. It came as no surprise when that day finally came we were well prepared and had no problems!!! It was an easier transaction than any vehicle I have ever purchased, no pressure and she was very patient with us. We must have viewed over 30 properties until we finally decided to buy. I would recommend Nancy to any one looking to buy or sell a house.
