Do not use her. She is a "listing agent". She does not sell a home. She is not aggressive with marketing your home and just tells you what you want to here. She's "sooo busy", yeah too busy to work at selling a home.

New to this country, we knew nothing of the process of buying a house here. Dana quickly worked out exactly what we wanted, took us on tours all over the place, organised visits to likely houses, walked us through each process and found our ideal house. He advised us on prices, found an inspector and good reliable tradesmen to quote for what we needed doing and warned us of pitfalls. Once we bought, he gave us a list of tradesmen - and even bought us a house-warming gift! Along the way he told us of good restaurants and coffee shops, places to walk the dog and good boarding kennels (after offering to take the dog himself), places to buy household things - it was just brilliant. Nobody I've spoken to can believe we got such amazing service.
