I cannot say enough wonderful things about John. We looked for a house for almost a year, and John was been patient, kind and understanding the whole time. He is ALWAYS available, and we never waited more than 24 hours for a response from him. He's got a great team that is always willing to assist if John isn't available. He's truly gone above and beyond what we ever expected any real estate agent to do.

Needs to learn how to fill out a disclosure and not worry about making a sale and be honest with people. Bought a house from her where she was the agent/owner and she lied about everything from knowing the age of the furnace to the roof leaking. She poured liquid draino down the drains prior to the inspection. Found out by neighbors that she knew the house had tons of problems but she never disclosed them. I could go on and own but most importantly I would hate for someone else to be scammed by her. It's been two years now, but it still gets at me how someone could get away with being so dishonest!

Playing games all the time

I've dealt with several agents in the past and have to say that Pat is simply the best. She found several homes for me to look at and never was pushy. She gave her honest opinion and her expertise in the homes and area was greatly needed. The title says it all. She is the BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

She has helped me buy one property and sell two others in the past 14 years. I have always found her to be extremely professional in every situation. She is H-honorable, O-optimistic, P-persistent, E-energetic. Put the together and they spell HOPE. As her business card says, THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE. I would recommend her to anyone I known who is trying to buy or sell a property.
