Eric worked like crazy to find our 'difficult' criteria for a home and happened to be out of the country when we found it - didn't miss a beat, Kathy jumped in and we closed in 30 days. Wish I could take them with me as another property search is underway in another state!
Seven weeks, start to finish!
Can't imagine having an easier or better experience selling real estate. Eric Nichols and Kathy Haggerty did an outstanding job throughout the process. They priced it right, promoted it right and found us a buyer in under three weeks. Settlement on our side went without a hitch (can't say the same for the buyer's team) and I walked away very pleased with the experience. Given the state of the market, I never expected to walk away with a check before next spring or summer.
