"I would not recommend the services of Mindy Chinworth to any home buyer or seller. Her service in the sale of our home was poor and unethical. Among her many shortfalls, Ms. Chinworth was not knowledgeable of the procedure for ordering and providing Home Owner ****ociation documents. Her incompetence resulted in our buyer withdrawing their agreement of sale on our property. My wife & I listed our property with Ms. Chinworth in the Fall of 2004. Upon releasing Ms. Chinworth for poor and unethical service, we filed an Ethics Complaint with the Montgomery County ****ociation of Realtors and won. The Ethics Hearing Panel found Ms. Chinworth's supervising agent, Elva Martin (Coldwell Banker Diamond, Phoenixville), in violation of Article 1 of the Code of Ethics. I strongly encourage you to choose service from realtors other than Ms. Chinworth of Coldwell Banker Diamond, Phoenixville. Buyer and Seller, please BEWARE!"
