Kari Tervo buy a previous house with Gary S Williams and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Gary Williams showed me a W. Philly apt. in August 2004. Briefly, I lived in D.C., and he PRESSURED me to send him the security deposit Western Union within 2 hours or he would give the apt to someone else. I spent $70 to send it, and then he called the next day and told me that he gave the apt to his cousin. This gave me two weeks to find another place before I had to start my new job. Instead of reimbursing me my Western Union, gas, food, and lost wages for having to take a day off work and go to Philly again, he sent me a money order for $30, which didn't even cover the Western Union. This man is a fraud and a discredit to his profession. Do not trust him.

Gary Williams showed me an apartment in West Philadelphia in 2004. I lived in D.C. at the time. Briefly, he pressured me to send him my security deposit Western Union by giving me a two hour window in which to do it before giving the apartment to someone else. I paid $70 to send that deposit. The next day, he told me that he gave the apartment to his "cousin." This left me with two weeks to find another apartment before I had to move, and I had to take a day off of work, drive up to Philly from D.C., and get whatever dregs were left prior to the academic year rental season. I argued with him about what he did to me, and told him what expenses I incurred as a result, and he sent me a money order for $30. THIRTY DOLLARS, which didn't even cover what I spent to send my security deposit via Western Union, much less gas, food, and wages to Gary Williams lacks integrity and is a discredit to his profession. I recommend that you do not work with this man. Definitely do not trust him.
