JDB buy a previous house with Beverly Kessler Rosa and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Tara is the worst management company in the City of Philadelphia. My son and his friends rented a home from them for 1 year. In that time, they were infested with mice, the dryer and gas range were broken for over 3 months and to top it all, there were severeal floods in the basement that contained raw sewage! Only after she was contacted by City Council was the problem fixed. Now Ms. Beverly Kessler will not respond to them and owes them their security deposit for two months!!! Never deal with these crooks if you want to be treated as a human being.
