I most certainly believe some of these reviews are outright lies, and I'm guessing they are made of from other realtors. Honestly, I almost sh&t myself when I frst read them because I already signed a contract of sale and put money down. I have since both bought a nd sold a home using Sabu George. The guy has been nothing short of professional, and has always done the right by me. He hooked me up with a fantastic mortgage broker for the purchase of my home, and more sure everything went smoothly. I have nothing bad to say about this guy. Those other comments are racist and just flat out wrong. Thank you Sabu George. Jerry

I can't believe some of the reviews i'm reading here!! Sabu is an amazing Real estate agent and he's done soooo much to take care of me and my wife as we searched for houses. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the house we really wanted. The ignorant comments left by some of these people only reflect their lack of intelligence. I would recommend Sabu to anyone. As a human being, to leave some of the racist comments as one user said I can only imagine what anyone had to put up with that low class user. Swear they're tough guys.

I was referred to Sabu from an associate I knew for over a decade. We'll I bought something through him and at the day of settlement I nearly strangled him! Sabu is a cheat and a liar and at the time of settlement, CHECK YOUR HUD-1! He will try to hide any and all charges in your settlement costs. Believe me, I know this business and he almost got one by me! But I am on to you Sabu George!

Sabu George Helped my family and i buy and sell our home. I had no trouble with him. He went out of his way to help us. And when it come to comments of him being a dot head; thats just plain ignorant; uneducation; racial view. I will recommend Sabu to anyone and everyone i know. Sabu George lied tried to change our contract and when I found out how bad he was I dumped him quickly. May Vishnu punish you Sabu. Ooooh

Sabu George should be deported back to dot-head land. He should also shower more than once a year. A typical dot-head illegal alien, let's contact the ICE and have him sent back to the Quicky Mart! He SUCKS!!!!!

BEWARE! I am only writing this review as a WARNING to others about the experience we had with Pennsylvania realtor Sabu George. We purchased a new construction single-family home through Sabu George (listing agent). In the beginning, Sabu acted VERY friendly toward my family, as if he was trying to get us a bargain and said he was doing more than he needed to because "that's the type of realtor he is". So, we placed trust in Sabu George. I will mention 2 major issues we had: 1. Sabu told us not to lock the rate cause he was "CERTAIN" that the rates will go down further and that "we can extend closing if it doesn't". But, rates went UP & he didn't let us extend closing and threatened that we could lose our deposit or get charged if we wait longer for closing. 2. Sabu made claims about what builder refused to do. When we finally talked to builder (day before closing), builder agreed to all of our terms w/o trouble (those that Sabu claimed builder rejected) - i.e. Sabu lied to us

This guy is a bad man...he should not be trusted. He is a big time liar.

This guy Sabu is the WORST realtor in the N.E.! Do not call him for any listing....he is absolutely horrible. Buyer's beware.
